Account ceilings are commercial, not technical. Tenant records carry maxInstallations and maxTradingAccounts fields, but no code enforces them at enrolment or ingest today. Treat the numbers above as the terms of an agreement, not as a quota the platform will apply on your behalf.
There is no rate limiting. None is implemented anywhere in the product. If your integration needs guaranteed throughput characteristics, that is a conversation to have before you sign anything, not a feature to assume.
What every tier includes, because it isn’t optional. Observation mode cannot be disabled at runtime, the 45 mutating routes stay blocked, and no plan grants trading authority. That is the product, not a tier.
