We describe what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).

The contact form on this site is currently a visual mock with no backend. No data submitted through it is stored or transmitted. When a backend is connected, this policy will be updated before activation.
3. Data retention
Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in PostHog and Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted or anonymised. Error reports in Sentry are retained for 90 days. No contact request data is currently stored.
4. Third-party processors

International transfers to the US are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) in all three cases.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or by clearing site data in your browser.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority: aepd.es.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
